Biography

Paula joined the Trust in 2019 with the remit to address identified issues with the quality of the Trust’s adult inpatient facilities in East Sussex. She led, initially, on the development of the co-produced solutions to these issues, associated Public Consultation and the development of the funding and Business Case. Alongside this she has led the stakeholder engagement strategy to ensure the outcome is fully co-designed with patients, carers and staff.

Paula’s early career was in the Banking sector with a focus on UK PFI Project Finance lending. Following this she has spent the last 20 years in the public sector on a variety of programmes including dementia care services and agile working.

Paula completed the Project Director’s Development Programme and a Building Better Cases Practitioner.
