In 2017 David made an installation ‘DAVID PARKIN’S DELUSIONS OF GRANDEUR’ about his four months under section, suffering from a bipolar episode. It was a multi-layered look at his experience and about how mental health spaces and experiences could be improved. Here he is reading from the installation’s text panels.
