Leah is a Registered Mental Health Nurse with over 10 years experience working within the older adult/mental health sector.
Using her previous experience of managing Dementia Nursing Homes, Homeless Units and Extra Support Housing Schemes across Lancashire and Merseyside she has gained a wealth of experience in a varied range of health and social care sectors.
Her passion lies in working with individuals diagnosed with dementia and complex mental health needs and is currently part of a team providing innovative, technology focussed complex care services at Hulton House Care Residence.
