2019 Sponsorship Opportunities

Event Sponsor (Only available to exhibitors)

As an event sponsor this package will ensure you get the most prominent branding and exposure at Design in Mental Health. With a host of marketing opportunities, the event sponsorship package is exclusively for five companies. Sponsor branding will feature prominently on all marketing material before, during and after the event.

Before the event:

  • Logo to appear on all promotional material:
    • All printed marketing material (adverts, inserts and mail outs)
    • All promotional marketing email campaigns
    • Homepage of the website and all other pages
  • Exhibitor and sponsors page listings:
    • 100 words, logo, URL, promotional documents & contact details

At the event:

  • Full page advert in the event catalogue

After the event:

  • 1 paragraph and quote included in the post event statement

Package price: £5,750 + VAT (Stand not included)

Registration – £3,500 + VAT

  • Sponsorship of website registration as well as registration onsite
  • Company Logo to appear on the registration page of the website and a short message to appear on the confirmation email attendees receive once they have registered
  • Company Logo to be prominently displayed at registration at the event as well as the registration staff being able to wear branded t-shirts supplied by the sponsor
  • One piece of promotional material to be handed out at registration (A5 or smaller) designed and printed by the sponsor
  • Enhanced company listing in the event catalogue
  • Company logo, profile and hyperlink on the event website
  • Full page full colour advert in the Event Catalogue
  • Two x two day delegate pass to the conference

Delegate Bags – £2,750 + VAT

  • Enhanced company listing in the event catalogue
  • Company logo, profile and hyperlink on the event website
  • Company logo and website printed on every delegate bag
  • Delegate bag will be given to all delegates, speakers and chairman at registration
  • Two x two day delegate pass to the conference
  • Two pieces of promotional literature as delegate bag inserts (A4 or A5)

Lanyards – £2,250 + VAT     

  • Company logo, profile and hyperlink on the event website
  • Lanyards printed with your logo and given to all attendees – ensuring your branding is seen across the event
  • Full page full colour advert in the Event Catalogue
  • One x two day delegate pass to the conference

Awards Category Sponsor – £2,250 + VAT

  • Table of 10 at the Design in Mental Health Awards Dinner
  • Listing in the Awards Dinner booklet and on the Awards Dinner pages of the Design in Mental Health website
  • Logo to be included on Awards Dinner signage at the event
  • Company logo on rotation with other sponsors during the duration of the Awards Dinner

  • Company logo on stage during presentation of sponsored award category

Pre-Awards Dinners Reception Sponsor – £2,000 + VAT

  • Company logo printed in colour on every badge denoting you as ‘Badge Sponsor’

 Wine Sponsor – £1,000 + VAT

  • 2 places at the Design in Mental Health Awards Dinner
  • 1/2 page full colour advert in the Awards Dinner booklet
  • Sponsor to supply wine collars for the Awards Dinner circa of 200 to be supplied

  • Available to pick up at registration on both days

Marketing Package – £1,100 + VAT
