Biography

Thomas Colliss MCIOB is a Parente at AK Design Partnership LLP with more than 15 years’ experience in the construction industry, specialising in Mental Health environments for NHS Trusts across London, Essex and Kent.  He began his career with AKDP in 2007, progressing through formal construction training before completing a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and achieving Chartered Membership of the CIOB.  Thomas leads projects from inception to completion, delivering architectural design, Principal Designer duties, cost management and contract administration.  He is known for his dedication, professionalism and solutions-orientated approach.
