Ruairi Reeves


Medical Architecture


Ruairi is an architect based in London and has been designing healthcare environments for the last 18 years. Ruairi is particularly interested in how a patient’s environment can contribute to their well-being and recovery. Previous projects include a 130-bed mental health campus in Adelaide, Australia and a 40-bed children and young person’s mental health and learning disabilities centre in Northumbria, UK. He is currently involved in the new National Forensic Mental Health Hospital in Ireland and a new mental health inpatient building in North London, both due to complete in 2020.
