Neil Voakes is the Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist for Acute and Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Services within Cygnet Health care and has worked as a qualified Occupational Therapist within the company for over 17 years. Neil has a passion for Quality Improvement and service development and feels Occupational Therapy plays a pivotal role understanding of how the environment plays an important role on service user experience, particularly within our Acute and PICU environments.
