Naddy has been a part of our healthcare team in London since joining the business in 1998 as an apprentice mechanical engineer, working through the business to his current position of Partner.
He has extensive knowledge of engineering services commissioning which he actively uses to assist our Clients when formulating briefs in the early stages of the project. Following this process, he carries this through with the Contractor, and employs soft landings.
Naddy was the project lead on the award-winning Kingsley Green facility in Hertfordshire and has continued to delivery successful facilities within the sector, currently leading two multi-million-pound projects for South London and Maudsley NHS Trust due to open in 2023.
Through his work and reputation Naddy has been part of the authoring team of the new HBN 03-04 (Low and medium secure mental health facilities (Adult and Children and Young People), soon to be released for consultation.
Naddy fully understands that the environment in mental health facilities is of paramount importance and will share his knowledge of working closely with teams to provide discreet engineering services solutions that meets a Trust brief, facilitates high level of care and drives down energy.
