Biography

Max is the Inclusive Design Lead at NHS England. He works with national and regional product teams helping to drive excellence in health equity, inclusive design and digital accessibility.

With over 15 years of experience in past roles he has designed accessible, multi-platform communication services for national transport infrastructure and championed equitable design for people with disabilities at the Department for Work and Pensions.
