Biography

Matt Healey is an experienced lighting industry professional, holding a BSc in Product Design & Innovation. With over 18 years of expertise in luminaire design, he has been responsible for delivering lighting solutions across the globe – from the headquarters of major financial institutions to royal palaces in the Middle East.

Throughout his career, Matt has been an active contributor to the wider lighting community, advocating for sustainable lighting practices and promoting responsible design approaches within the industry.

In his current role as Head of New Product Development (Speciality Lines) at Pineapple, Matt leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to creating innovative, design-led lighting products that enhance wellbeing and support both clinical professionals and service users in challenging environments.
