Biography

Lucy Pednekar-Harding is a Patient Safety Partner (PSP) at North London NHS Foundation Trust, contributing lived experience and critical insight to patient safety, quality improvement, and quality and safety governance. Lucy is autistic and has personal experience of using CAMHS and adult mental health services, which strongly informs her work and advocacy. She works alongside clinicians and leaders to strengthen meaningful involvement of patients and carers in safety learning, incident response, and service design. Lucy is particularly passionate about co‑production, disability inclusive practice, and ensuring mental health services are safer, more compassionate, and accessible to the people who use them.
