Biography
Lisa Yates leads the digital delivery of Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust’s new £105m National Rehabilitation Centre, the NHS’s first carbon-neutral healthcare facility. With a strong focus on innovation, digitisation, and transformation, Lisa is driving the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and voice-activated systems to enhance patient care, safety, and operational efficiency. Working in close partnership with clinicians, she co-designs digital solutions that align with NHS priorities and the National Health Plan. Her work is helping to define a new, connected, patient-centred model of care and setting a benchmark for the next generation of smart hospitals across the UK.
