Biography

With 20 years of experience teaching Textiles Design and a Master’s in Fashion and Textiles, I now specialise in biophilic artwork for healthcare environments. My work spans various healthcare settings, including cancer care, mental health, diagnostic, surgical, palliative, and maternity, delivered at all stages: construction, renovation, and post-handover. I enjoy working collaboratively with all stakeholders to sensitively tailor designs to the specific needs of each space. I prioritise sustainable materials wherever possible, creating outcomes that feel less clinical and more welcoming. Significant projects include the Dyson Cancer Centre and my largest project to date, Silverwood
