Jeremy Marcus is an experienced sales and marketing director and long‑standing volunteer with Samaritans, acting as the client representative for the Central London Samaritans refurbishment. With extensive experience delivering small to large‑scale residential and regeneration projects across London and the South East, Jeremy brings commercial rigour, stakeholder engagement and user‑centred insight to the project. He led governance and procurement oversight via the Property Steering Group, represented volunteer operational needs in design workshops, and helped translate organisational priorities into practical briefs for the design and delivery teams. Jeremy’s background in sales strategy, stakeholder liaison and large‑scale development ensures a pragmatic approach to delivering high‑quality, people‑focused spaces within programme and budget constraints.
