Biography

Jennifer Beal is an Occupational Therapy Manager for Cygnet Health Care. She provides professional leadership and strategic development for recovery and rehabilitation across multiple service lines.

With over 30 years’ experience across NHS and independent sectors, Jennifer combines advanced clinical expertise with systems-level leadership. She holds a master’s degree, leadership and management diploma, and sensory practitioner qualification, and is currently completing a professional doctorate exploring sensory-informed practice in adult mental health.

An award-winning practitioner, Jennifer has published widely on recovery-oriented care, leadership, and physical health in mental health services. She contributes nationally as a Research Champion with the Royal College of Occupational Therapists and as a professional mentor with the Elizabeth Casson Trust.
