Janine is Chief Commercial Officer at Iris Care Gorup. Janine leads the business development teams, new projects and growth and marketing teams, delivering Iris Care Groups Five Year Strategy to become the leading specialist provider with the full pathway of care across South West England and South Wales. A qualified Social Worker with a Masters level qualification in management, Janine has worked in senior leadership positions in Turning Point, Lighthouse Healthcare and Elysium Healthcare.
