Biography

Based in Bristol, with over 20 years of experience in the NHS, Emma’s professional journey started in commissioning, leading the development of multi-million-pound transformational programmes. Three years ago, she transitioned into a provider, bringing her strategic insight directly into service delivery.

Emma is leading the development of a new 10-bed unit and outreach team for people with learning disabilities and autistic people. The facility has been designed with biophilic principles and shaped through co-production with people who have lived experience—ensuring that recovery is not just clinical, but driven by people who know what it really is like.
