Elspeth is a Public health consultant working for Liverpool City Council. Elspeth is a medical doctor by background. She is passionate about improving health outcomes and reducing health inequalities through driving collective action to improve the conditions in which people are born, grow, live, work and age within Liverpool. She believes strongly in working with and empowering local communities to improve health outcomes.
