Biography

Dr Carl-Magnus von Behr is Co-founder and Director of CompliMind, an AI platform built for NHS Capital, Estates and Facilities teams. In 2024, he completed his PhD on knowledge sharing across NHS EFM teams, exploring how frontline staff access, interpret and apply technical guidance in practice. That research led him to create CompliMind, which helps estates professionals make faster, evidence-based decisions and reduce time spent on compliance paperwork. He now works with NHS organisations to improve access to guidance, local learning and operational knowledge, with a focus on practical tools that support day-to-day decision making.
