Biography

Deborah is an Associate Director of Operations at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Trust. She started her NHS career as a nurse, and as a manager has worked in mental health and community services in London and Manchester, in roles spanning commissioning and provision across community and in-patient services.

For the last 5 years, Deborah has been the Clinical/Operational lead for the North View project, working as a member of the Project team from the early days of the Strategic Outline Case, through Outline Business Case and then Full Business Case.  Deborah has brought her nursing and operational experience to the design and building of North View, supporting the focus on safety of patients and staff. In leading the development of the model of care for North View, and working with the operational teams to embed it, Deborah has endeavoured to ensure that the project lives up to its strapline “North View: More than just a building.”
