Biography

Caroline McKinlay is an Acoustic Consultant at Anderson Acoustics Ltd, with a First Class BSc in Mathematics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control. Her recent research explores how reverberation time and ambient noise affect acoustic comfort in school dining halls. Caroline’s work focuses on schools and soundscapes which focus on creating spaces with the end user in mind. This helps to foster spaces which are specifically designed to cater to those with hearing sensitivities.
