Biography

Ben Harbron has over a decade of experience working in construction, with the past 5 years spent as a Project Manager coordinating projects worth up to £5m total value. Prior to this his background was as a senior support worker, providing a mixture of 1:1 and 2:1 support for young people with additional needs relating to autism.

This unique blend of professional experience enables The IAD Company to better consider the needs of both their clients, and of the end users whom their clients will be supporting within Health & Social Care settings.
