Biography

Adrian has over 30 years’ experience in health and social care across public and voluntary sectors. He has worked with children, adults and older people with mental health needs, autism and learning disabilities, and has managed CQC‑registered care homes and supported housing services at local, area and regional levels. Before joining CQC in 2014 as an Inspection Manager, he was a Lead Practitioner for a voluntary sector provider, developing operational practice, policy, business processes and strategic change. Adrian joined Rethink in 2022 and is now Head of Service Development, leading the Supported Housing Pilot and wider organisational development projects.

The Design in Mental Health Conference is delivered in partnership with Step Exhibitions Ltd, a private, for-profit events company contracted to manage the operational and commercial aspects of the event.
