Step Exhibitions Ltd and the Design in Mental Health Network are continuing to monitor closely the latest public health and Government advice and we are carefully following their guidelines.

There is nothing more important than the wellbeing of the people in our community, our clients, our attendees and our team.

As such we have created our ‘Attending with Confidence Policy’ which includes encouraging good behavioural practice and deploying physical measures.

We are working closely with the Coventry Building Society Arena and Onsite Exhibition Services Limited to ensure the safety and comfort of all those attending our upcoming events.

Cancellation Policy

All delegate cancellations will be subject to a £50 administration fee, up to and including 30 July 2021. There will be no refund of delegate fees for any cancellations after this date. However, places can be transferred subject to written confirmation via email to chelseyclark@step-exhibitions.com.
