Neil joined HLM in March 1994 working extensively on health projects to be appointed Associate Director in July 2011. He has led on all types of specialism, from inception to completion, most notably for the Queen’s Centre for Oncology and Haematology, Hull (RIBA 2009 White Rose Gold Award for Architecture).
