Natalie joined Maytree in 2011 as a Project Manager prior to her appointment as Director in 2013. Before coming to Maytree she gained extensive experience managing a Community Drug service in Croydon. Her career within the voluntary sector began in 1993, gaining experience in the fields of Mental health, drug and alcohol misuse and homelessness. She is a qualified but currently non practising Person Centred Counsellor and Art therapist.
