Biography

Andrew is an Award-Winning Architect and Director at Gilling Dod Architects which has over the last 25 years established itself as a major player in UK Healthcare Design. It is in the field of Mental Health Design however where Andrew has excelled with acclaimed projects completed across all aspects of the sector and pathways, and for Clients nationwide. Andrew has overseen many of the Practices’ recent Award-winning MH projects such as Red Kite View, Inspire CAMHS and Ancora house as well as being Director on the £150m major redevelopment of the Broadmoor High secure hospital. He heads up a vastly experienced team at Gilling Dod with first-hand knowledge of the specialisms, challenges, and detail prevalent in modern MH design. Andrew is a passionate advocate of quality and sustainable design promoting health and wellbeing and the importance of Service user voices in design.
